Root To Light Yoga Space is based in the midlands and is the venue where various IYA courses and functions are hosted. Gabi Gillessen has been tutoring on IYA courses for the last eleven years and co-tutors on the IYA Post Graduate Course. Gabi is also very much involved in the European Union of Yoga.

Aoife began her Yoga journey in 1997 taking classes with Nollag Carroll in Galway. She has completed her Yoga teacher training Diploma with the Irish Yoga Association and Pregnancy Yoga teacher training with Yoga Therapy & Training Centre. Aoife has been teaching since 2006.
